1. Warranty Policy (Our Top Priority)
While we do not support refunds, we offer a Full 1-for-1 Replacement Warranty throughout the subscription period:
- ✅ Account locked or suspended by the provider → Replaced within 1–3 working hours
- ✅ Unable to log in for unknown reasons → 24/7 technical support and replacement if needed
- ✅ Premium features unexpectedly removed → Account replacement or time extension
2. Cases NOT Covered by Warranty
- ❌ Account issues caused by user violations of the provider’s terms (re-sharing, changing password, logging in on more devices than allowed…)
- ❌ Dissatisfaction with the product or wanting to switch to a different product
- ❌ Purchasing the wrong product or wrong duration due to user error
- ❌ Requests made after the warranty period has expired
